“Taking a Holistic Approach to Achieving Optimal Health and Wellbeing”

By assessing each individual system, medical history, family history, diet, lifestyle, emotional and mental health we can discover what works for the individual in order to achieve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

While working as an Advanced Care Paramedic, it became obvious to me that the majority of my patients were presenting with conditions that are an accumulation of subclinical disease that are the result of poor diet and lifestyle choices. I became passionate about not just treating clinical conditions, but eliminating the causatives.

By integrating the knowledge of conventional Western medicine and Naturopathic therapies a holistic approach to optimal health and wellbeing can be achieved.

My journey as a Naturopath is about helping the individual identify the cause of their physical, emotional and mental disharmony and work with them to overcome this.

The services offered:
Naturopathic medicine; the practice of assessing, treating and preventing conditions of the human mind, body and spirit.
Educate, empower and motivate individuals to assume more personal responsibility for their own heath and wellbeing.
Dietary assistance and meal planning
Weight management assistance
Hair, tongue and nail analysis
Food allergy testing
